His favorite accolade, however, is reportedly from the Houston Chronicle, which named him the “Ultimate Weatherman.”
Aside from reporting on the weather, Frank has been an advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, men’s health, and adoption.
He even wrote a book, Swabbed & Found: An Adopted Man’s Journey to Discover His Family Tree, published in 2017.
Billingsley revealed that his last day at the station would be June 28, 2024.
