I've been wanting to get a membership but literally the only thing holding me back is the inconsistent notifications.
With more than two decades in the social networking and dating space, BiggerCity remains one of the few independent, gay-owned platforms dedicated to the Chub and Bear communities. Their team has been responsive (which feels all but unheard of) and puts on a number of live events… I’m hoping to make it out to my first one soon.

app is just overall horribly designed, convoluted interface, and when someone tries to call the app completely cuts off my cell signal.

Overall I do enjoy this app, but I wish it had more functions like the website has. BiggerCity uses strong data protection and profile verification to help ensure a secure experience for all members. PRIVACY & SECURITY Your safety and privacy are our top priorities. During Spring Fling 2011, Big Brothas Network recognized the magnitude of what had developed among the men in attendance and believed that the experience needed to be taken to the next level.
I do echo what others have said about wishing that features from the website like the forum and chat were available on the app, but I somewhat trust that they are trying to figure out a way to do it well.Thanks for building us such a great app, BC!! Keep those improvements coming!
I was solicited more than once to sell myself to human trafficking on here several years ago, a lot of endless harassment in DMs, and for the record limited blocks (block number cap) does not work.

It shouldn’t become traumatic and feel dangerous trying out a site/app and this one was.This app release includes new features, stability enhancements and bug fixes.
I’ve met several friends (and potentially more.)I really appreciate the improvements the app has made over the past several months - particularly the disappearing photo option. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. I can't either delete or type anything and I do believe it appears greyed out maybe but I don't actually know.
Additionally sometimes when refreshing within the app there will be an icon next to the inbox indicating there's an unread message when in fact no one has messaged.

I kept blocking guys that didn’t get the point of no more than once because they kept making new accounts to try to talk to me, and moderators just let that slide by.
